In 1985 Judy’s combination of proven stage ability and leadership qualities led her to establish Voice International. Her efforts have produced sold out talent shows, “Too Marvelous for Words” (August 1988), “Singer’s Extraordinaire” (March 1987) “Sophisticated Ladies” (1994) and “Jazzy & Blue” (1995). Audiences were treated to the talents of Jaqueline Maraya, lead performer in “Miss Saigon, Leah Michelle of Motown Records, and Bobbi Bamberger, songwriter for Chaka Kahn, and Danielle Decker, television spokesperson for Nabisco Corporation.
Her international reputation as a concert promoter and artistic manager gained respect from personalities Lirio Vital and Gabi Concepcion. Both sold out concerts and performed finales with Judy that once again brought audiences to their feet.
Voice International’s driving force behind the successful marketing, sales and promotion efforts since the company’s debut in 1985 is George Ruano. George possesses a keen eye for talent development and effective implementation of strategies that capitalize on state of the art media(s) best suited for the jazz music industry.
